IL PAVONE is a crisp and dry sparkling wine, fermented traditionally in the bottle in méthode champenoise. Reminiscent of the colorful palette of the peacock’s feathers, IL PAVONE translates to “The Peacock” in Italian and is inspired by the Italian sparkling wines we enjoy. Delightfully effervescent with light fruit tones followed by a bright finish, IL PAVONE is sure to captivate. Saluti!

Our Southern Oregon Pinot Noir has a signature earthy complexity, with a balance of cherry, cinnamon, and crushed juniper berry, with a caramel finish.

A dark and woody Baco Noir that punches well above his weight class! The Pugilist is 100% Baco Noir, a low-tannin, medium-bodied, French-American hybrid grape variety with snappy acidity. Very versatile and pairs with anything- a great "go-to" wine.

This lovely Italian red was barrel aged for 24 months, twice as long as our other red wines, allowing the high acids and low tannins to come into balance. Deliciously soft mouthfeel with nutmeg, spice, cranberry, and subtle tannins.

Trella Toro is a bold red wine blend of 50% Malbec and 50% Tempranillo, inspired by the spirit of the bullfight!  The bravery and skill of the matador meet the ferocity and instinct of the bull.  Trella Toro aims to capture all this in the bottle.  Big chewy tannins and dark fruits with surprising lightness on the palate.  Enjoy with tapas, steak, or barbecue, in the company of the best of friends.  ¡Buena Suerte!

Tempranillo, Spain’s #1 wine grape, is fresh and fruity when young and becomes leathery and more savory with oak and age.  Trella’s gold medal award-winning tempranillo is notable for smooth earthy tannins with dark cherry and tobacco, and a deliciously long finish.  A real Umpqua Valley treasure.

Born in France but made famous in Argentina, Malbec is known for its dark fruit and smoky finish.  Ours exhibits superb dark berry fruits with smoke, spice, and dark chocolate on the palate.  This one is an all-time classic.
